Freedom Innovations to Add 39 Employees This Calendar Year to Accommodate Growth

IRVINE, Calif.

Freedom Innovations, an Irvine, California-based leader in advanced technology prosthetic devices for lower limb amputees, announced that it will add 39 new employees this year to accommodate rapid growth.

The company, which develops, manufactures, and distributes technically advanced lower limb prosthetics in over 40 countries, has already added 20 of the needed 39 new staff during the first quarter of this year, and continues to recruit additional talent. New hires are being added to virtually all departments, including marketing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, clinical, finance, human resources and administration and at each of the company’s locations, including the Irvine headquarters, the Gunnison, Utah manufacturing and research facility and Freedom’s European office in the Netherlands.

Earlier this year, Freedom expanded its Irvine headquarters with the construction of a new 3,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where the company’s next generation of microprocessor controlled and powered prosthetic ankles and knees will be manufactured. The first product to be manufactured in this facility is a new ankle system called the Freedom Kinnex™, which is expected to be released in late 2015.
