Parker Hannifin Canada has introduced a multi-purpose hose, designated the 83FR, that features a flame-resistant DuraGard polyurethane cover. This durable, lightweight hose was developed for use in harsh manufacturing or shop conditions that require a hose that can handle weld splatter, kinking, abrasion, etc. Applications include automotive robotics/weld splatter, power tools, shop air lines, and air, water and chemical transfer. Six colours are available and three styles of fittings: Series 55, HY crimp style and Series 82 Push-Lok.
