Lubrication System Delivers Round-The-Clock

The SKF System 24 lubricator provides automatic lubrication on plant and equipment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Set-up consists of inserting the 125-ml unit and adjusting the flow rate to the desired level, a fit-and forget installation that provides a reliable and accurate supply of bearing lubricant. Designed to be environmentally friendly, the lubricator features a gas cell that produces hydrogen gas, which controls the dispense rate of the lubricant. No harmful chemicals are used in generating the drive gas. The unit features a zero time function, enabling it to be deactivated temporarily to accommodate maintenance operations or plant shutdowns. The lubrication media was developed primarily for bearing applications but also can be used with fans, pumps, materials handling systems and transport-type equipment.
