Carr Lane Simplex hammers can be custom-designed for specific applications by selecting the appropriate hammer inserts. These soft-faced mallets can have the same type of insert for each side, or a different type for each face. A three-point clamping system ensures a safe assembly. A wide variety of sizes, inserts and handles is available. Applications include machinery maintenance and repair, assembly of sharp-edged work pieces, automobile assembly, foundry work, joining and positioning of work pieces, mould construction and sheet-metal working.
