The Ultra-Flow cartridge-style dust collector offers 50% more efficiency, 10-30% lower initial cost, 25-50% lower operating cost and a smaller footprint than its contemporaries. The automatic self-cleaning system requires 40-70% less compressed air to clean the filter elements. Although the technology has been used in bag-house dust collectors for many years, it only now is being made available in cartridge-style dust collectors. The inlet arrangement eliminates the need for pre-filters or cyclones and resists wear from abrasive dusts. Handling all types of dusts and fumes from welding, grinding, polishing and other finishing operations, the dust collector features a modular design that can be easily sized for any air volume requirements and allows the user to add on later when job conditions change.
