Nevins Fruit Company Property to Be Offered at Auction in Cooperation with Lender and USDA

The former packing facility property owned by Nevins Fruit Company, located at 2900 Parrish Road, will be offered for auction by Maas Companies on July 30 at 11 a.m. The auction will take place at the Holiday Inn Titusville, 4715 Helen Hauser Blvd. Maas Companies specializes in the liquidation of specialized assets for banks and lenders nationwide.

The facility was built in 1955 and offers a great opportunity for industrial or commercial uses. The 13.58 acre property features a 31,474-square-feet (plus 14,621-square-feet mezzanine) packing facility and a 2,739-square-feet detached office building which is currently rented. There are five separate entrances to the property, two on U.S. Highway 1 and three on Parrish Road. The traffic count on U.S. Highway 1 is approximately 36,000 per day.
