JAC Holding Corporation (the “Company”) announced the March 27, 2015 release of financial results for fiscal 2014 to U.S. Bank National Association, the trustee under the indenture governing the Company’s senior secured notes.

The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. EDT to discuss these results.
