EFI Global, a Cunningham Lindsey Company, to Acquire Andersen Environmental

EFI Global, a Cunningham Lindsey Company, and a leading provider of forensic engineering, fire investigation, environmental, and laboratory testing services, today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquireAndersen Environmental, an environmental and engineering due diligence, health and safety, and remediation consulting services firm in the Western US.

The combined success of both companies will provide clients with strengthened environmental, engineering and catastrophe response resources and expertise serving the commercial real property and insurance markets, specifically along the West coast.

Andersen Environmental has been in business for more than 14 years, and is headquartered in Southern California with six offices in California, nine branch satellite offices, and 60 employees. The union brings several key team members on board including Dennis Ironi, President of Andersen Environmental. Mr. Ironi has more than 17 years experience in environmental consulting, having worked on numerous commercial, residential and industrial properties, and will join the company as a Vice President.
