Tachometer measures rpm from a distance

The hand-held Model DT-205L tachometer from Alaron Instruments permits accurate and safe measurement of rpm from distances as great as 14 ft. This laser model features an expanded memory of 10 independent readings plus Last, Max and Min and also an expanded measuring range up to 99,999 rpm. Battery life has increased seven-fold over earlier models. The included contact adaptor enables the measurement of five additional rate functions (rpm, ypm, mpm, fpm and ipm), as well as four length functions (yards, meters, feet and inches). The tachometer features a rugged aluminum housing and is supplied complete with NIST certificate.
