New Pig has introduced the Pig IBC corrosion-resistant, weather-tight roll-top hardcover storage unit for protected indoor or outdoor storage of IBCs (intermediate bulk containers). The lockable doors and roll-top covers open from both sides and slide out of the way, allowing easy access to IBC containers. The unit sits on top of a 360-gal sump and features two-way forklift entry. Leaks and spills from the IBC are contained in the sump. When used as a Best Management Practice in stormwater pollution prevention plans, the unit aids in complying with 40 CFR 122.26. In addition, it aids in compliance with 40 CFR 264.175 for containment of hazardous waste.
