In celebration of service men and women and everyday good Samaritans for their heroic actions, Wrangler® Jeans has teamed up with NFL quarterback and Wrangler endorsee Drew Brees this week to launch Everyday Heroes, a program to honor and reward those who have served others. As part of the Everyday Heroes program, Wrangler is surprising unassuming civilians and encouraging fans across the country to nominate special heroes in their own lives.

A kick off event for Everyday Heroes was held at the Oak Ridge Fire Department this week in Oak Ridge, North Carolina, where the brand awarded each fireman with a comfortable new wardrobe. In the coming months, Wrangler will also surprise firemen, policemen, military men and noteworthy civilians across the country with Wrangler Advanced Comfort™ jeans and a donation in their name to the Brees Dream Foundation, which provides care, education and opportunities for children and families in need.

In conjunction with the effort to surprise heroes across the country, Wrangler is holding a contest for fans to nominate an everyday hero in their own lives who deserves recognition from their community, family and friends. Five finalists will be chosen to receive Wrangler Advanced Comfort jeans, a donation in their name to the Brees Dream Foundation, and a stipend to support their future good deeds. In addition, one grand prize winner will be selected through consumer votes to receive Wrangler Jeans for life.
