TricorBraun Recognizes Berry Plastics as 2014 Vendor of the Year

EVANSVILLE, Ind.

Berry Plastics Group, Inc. (NYSE: BERY) was recently named TricorBraun’s 2014 Vendor of the Year. TricorBraun annually selects one vendor to receive this award by using its vendor performance report system, which tracks the standing of a strategic vendor, and by having its entire company rate the top four strategic vendors.

Berry Plastics has been a supplier to TricorBraun for more than 40 years, and currently supplies the company with bottles, closures, tubes, and aerosol overcaps. Berry Plastics achieved this award by excelling in the following areas:

• sales representation presence and representation at the branches
• responsiveness and flexibility
• total cost competitiveness
• customer service support
• proactively involving new packaging, processes, channels of supply, and communication
