Newell Rubbermaid Announces Sale of Rubbermaid Medical Cart Business to Capsa Solutions

Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE:NWL) announced today that it has sold its Rubbermaid medical carts business to Capsa Solutions, a leader in the development and manufacturing of mobile computer workstations, medical carts, health IT mounting solutions and medication management systems, based in Portland, OR.
