Mitsubishi Electric to Support Victims of Typhoon Etau in Japan

TOKYO

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO:6503) announced today that it will donate three million yen, or approximately US$ 25,000, to aid victims of Typhoon Etau, which caused loss of life and extensive property damage in eastern Japan earlier this month. The donation will be made through the Central Community Chest of Japan.

Mitsubishi Electric expresses its deepest sympathies to all victims of the disaster and sincerely hopes for the quickest possible recovery by the affected communities.
