Leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial grade lighting Larson Electronics has announced the release of a temporary power distribution system that converts 480V AC three phase to 120/240 Delta/Delta electrical current.

The MPD-480-50K-200MB-7X20-7X30-28X120.120-SSDC-W temporary power distribution system from Larson Electronics converts 480 volts AC three phase to 120/240 Delta/Delta electrical current. This portable distribution system provides operators the ability to safely tap into 480V and distribute 120/240V to their equipment. This distribution assembly features 42 circuits enclosed within a NEMA 3R 200 amp panel and includes seven 20 amp double pole breakers, seven 30 amp double pole breakers, and twenty-eight 20 amp single pole breakers. The transformer and load center assembly is mounted to a standard steel cart style frame resulting in an extremely stable, durable and mobile power distribution platform. This dolly cart style configuration is easy to move around the customer site and can be loaded easily on a truck or other conveyance for transport to different locations. Two run flat style tires and a cart style mounting platform provide easier substation mobility, and a center point lift eye allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This power distribution system is NEMA 3R rated and is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.
