JAC Holding Corporation (the “Company”) announced the November 17, 2015 release of financial results for third quarter 2015 to U.S. Bank National Association, the trustee under the indenture governing the Company’s senior secured notes.

The Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. EST to discuss these results.
