J.M. Huber Corporation (“Huber”) announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results on Friday March 20, at 11:00 AM ET.

Pursuant to the indenture dated as of November 1, 2011, between Huber and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, relating to Huber’s 9.875% Senior Notes due 2019 (the “Notes”), access to the conference call is limited to the following:

(a)		Holders of the Notes;

(b)		Prospective investors who have certified to Huber that they are Qualified Institutional Buyers (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933);

(c)		Securities analysts who have certified to Huber that they are reputable securities analysts who regularly cover or intend to cover Huber and the Notes; and

(d)		market makers who have certified to Huber that they are reputable market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes

Huber will post specific instructions on how to access the March 20^th, 2015 conference call on the Huber secure SyndTrak investor website, which can only be accessed by qualified users.
