FARMERS BRANCH, Texas, April 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Ironclad Performance Wear Corporation (OTCBB: ICPW), the recognized leader in high-performance task-specific performance work gloves, today announced that the civil lawsuit filed in the District Court of Dallas, Texas against its current CEO Jeff Cordes and CFO William Aisenberg, as well as several other defendants, in connection with the sale of their former company, Walls Holding Company, Inc., to Williamson-Dickie Holding Company, has been settled and dismissed.
