(“TCP” or the “Company”) (NYSE:TCPI) pursuant and/or traceable to the Registration Statement and Prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with the Company’s June 26, 2014, initial public offering, including those who purchased or otherwise acquired TCP common stock between June 26, 2014 and February 27, 2015, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The lawsuit alleges that the Registration Statement was negligently prepared and contained untrue statements of material facts or omitted material facts concerning the Company’s business, operations and prospects. Specifically, the Registration Statement misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that the Company was manufacturing lighting fixtures and labelling those products as Underwriters Laboratory (“UL”) and “Energy Star” approved, although no such approvals had been received.
