HCR Announces Stephen G. Tomicki as Senior Client Relationship Manager and David Misteri as Senior Director of Northern Operations & Information Technology

Handex Consulting and Remediation, LLC (HCR), is pleased to announce the addition of Stephen G. Tomicki and the recent promotion of David Misteri.
Stephen G. Tomicki, MBA, PMP,Senior Client Relationship Manager. Mr. Tomicki has over 35 years of global experience in design, environmental, site/civil, process, industrial and infrastructure engineering, and global account management. With a BSME from Villanova and a MBA, having held multiple senior director and business management positions, he comes to HCR as one of the former owners of one of the largest full service consulting engineering firms in the Northeast. At HCR, Mr. Tomicki will be responsible for the development of strategic key accounts, alliances, and partnerships. He will also work with leadership on long-term growth strategies as well as heading some key initiatives.
David Misteri, Senior Director of Northern Operations and Information Technology. Mr. Misteri has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology with telecom and cable providers, a software development company, and his own IT consulting business. Mr. Misteri has been the Director of IT for HCR since 2008 and part of HCR’s Executive Team since 2013. Due to his significant organizational and management skills, he also assumed the oversight of HCR’s Process Improvement Program in 2013 and began to restructure the Human Resources and Health & Safety departments in 2014. In June 2015, after these successful reorganizations, he was tasked with the oversight of HCR’s Northern Operations. Mr. Misteri received a BS in Information Technology from the University of Missouri.
