Greenbelt Resources Nominated for Patrick Soon-Shiong Innovation Award

Greenbelt Resources Corporation (OTC: GRCO) an innovator of sustainable energy production systems, today announced that it has been nominated to receive a 2015 Patrick Soon-Shiong Innovation Award. Founded in partnership with Los Angeles Business Journal in 2010, the honors are awarded annually on the basis of accomplishment in a range of fields. The 2015 event, “Patrick Soon-Shiong Innovation Symposium and Awards,” will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on November 18,2015.

A strong supporter of innovation, Dr. Soon-Shiong is a successful pioneer, entrepreneur and innovator in the medical and biotech industries. He is an inventor or co-inventor of more than 114 patents. Among his many titles, Soon-Shiong is the current Chairman and CEO of NantKwest and the founder of the Chan Soon-Shiong Family Foundation. He and his wife are also members of The Giving Pledge, a pledge made by some of America’s wealthiest individuals to give more than half their wealth to charitable causes.
