GOLDWIN promotes stylish lifestyle that involves ski by offering highly technical and functional products that would make skiing more open and closer to approach.

For the 2015-2016 season, Goldwin Ski introduced “C2Unit” * that adapts to all types of weather conditions.
The functional layering allows the control of the inner climate. (* Short for “Climate Control”)

For the 2016-2017 season, Goldwin Ski will carry on the C2Unit but with more focus on its functionality. All features that are essential to the ski scene will be combined into one ski wear: the item must be waterproof, warm, mobile, large storage, safe and durable. This new functional line will be called “Feature　Packed　Management” with a symbolic icon.

Main Features

• Stable Shape Hood

In the past, the head circumference and face line were adjusted separately in 2 places. With the newly developed adjustment method the two draw cords are joint inside that allows for a quick and easy adjustment. This enables the wearer to react quickly to changing environment. The shape-memory wire in the brim keeps a comfortable and safe shape and ensures good visibility even with goggles on. Even with different sized items like a beanie and helmet, it is easy to adjust with this function for enjoyable skiing experience.

• Clench Band

The high-waist secures the pants in place and prevents snow from getting in. Stretch material at the side of the waist allows a softer stress-free fit. The adjustable belt is wide to better hold the body, and the stretchable adjuster synchronizes with strenuous body movement while maintaining a firm hold.

• Mixed-use pocket

Multifunctional pockets with large openings are positioned on the left chest and right thigh. These can store digital devices and insides of the pockets have raised fabric with high heat retention to prevent excessive power loss under low temperature situations. A strap, earphone hole and key ring can be used to secure items and can be used freely in any field not limiting the type of activity.

The wrist cuff is improved for the jackets and middlers.
This new specification is shorter than the jacket sleeves, which increases the secureness and reduces the bulk when the gloves are tucked inside. The material is also chosen to enhance warmth at the wrist. It also has high ventilation for more comfort.

Adopted the Multi Layer Fusion Technology (MLF), a new water proof technology that adheres without seam tape or sewing. Unlike the conventional method, this technique does not open holes in the water-proof material. Using adhering and ultrasonic fusion methods that do not sew, the outer and lining material are adhered together. No seam tape is required to cover the needle holes and that creates softness, lightness and mobility as well as a beautiful design.
On the inside, the front and back use light fleece high in heat retention. Double russell is used on the shoulders to act as cushion to reduce strain while carrying skis. Raised fabric mesh is used for the shoulder blade and upper arm, parts that require mobility and comfortable motility, while maintaining heat retention. Ventilation function is added to the lower arm and sides to control the inner climate.
