GMS Updates Time for Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2016 Earnings Conference Call

GMS Inc. (NYSE: GMS) (the “Company”), a leading North American distributor of wallboard and suspended ceilings systems, as previously announced will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2016 before the market opens on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. A conference call will be held that same day at 11:00 a.m. eastern time to review financial results, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer session.
