G&K Services Canada is adding two new flame resistant (FR) and arc-rated (AR) product lines, 5.3 oz. GlenGuard™ FR and Dickies® FR, to increase customers’ options for protective safety apparel.

The 5.3 oz. GlenGuard™ FR fabric offers dual hazard protection and is the lightest CAT 2 solution dyed garment on the market. The fabric also has Wickzz technology, which allows moisture to disperse quickly. The new product line includes a workshirt in gray and navy and a navy coverall. In addition, two enhanced visibility coveralls with either two or four inch taping and a navy enhanced visibility uniform shirt are available and meet the CSA Z96 standard.

The Dickies FR product offering, manufactured by Workrite Uniform Company, includes a navy enhanced visibility coverall and a button-down shirt available in khaki and navy. Customers may also choose either a Dickies FR relaxed fit jean or a carpenter jean.

Customers in Canada can have these products professionally laundered and delivered to their business each week by a G&K Services representative.
