Ecolab Closes on Acquisition of Swisher Operations

ST. PAUL, Minn.

Ecolab Inc. today announced that it has closed on its acquisition of the U.S. operations of hygiene and sanitizing solutions provider Swisher Hygiene Inc. Sales in 2014 for the operations included in the agreement were approximately $176 million.
