E-tech Launches Software Services for Grinders

Now in 2015, E-tech is introducing conversational control for machine application.

Conversational Control

Conversational control is built on the FANUC controller platform. The custom graphics and shop floor language of conversational control are simple to understand and program with its macro and canned cycles. This makes the machines ideal for small job shops needing a quick turnover of parts on the machine. The controls also allow you to dress the wheel to do OD/End Face and form grinding and compensate the dress amount automatically. The parameters can even be saved and reused for multiple grinding cycles. The addition of an on-line gauging device with a gantry type auto loading and unloading system with customized fixture or chucking will increase efficiency in mass production.

Moving Cloud

By adding new services-Moving Cloud, E-tech is expanding the digital business and launching their current products in the U.S., China, Russia, and so forth. In such a business strategy, they ensure that the big agents will stick with its grinding machine brands.
