Last week, we at ATS Systems were the target of an email blast from another company in the industry, alleging we had misappropriated certain aspects of their proprietary drawings. While we are investigating these allegations, we want to assure you of our continuing commitment to doing business in a legal, moral, and ethical manner. If and to the extent that these drawings may have been emailed to one of our employees, we shall return them immediately without review or copying. For my part, as CEO of ATS, you should know that these allegations took me completely by surprise. ATS has not been contacted by any law enforcement authorities. Not only do we not encourage this type of behavior, it is expressly prohibited by all of our corporate policies and completely at odds with who we are.
