Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation Announces New Key Partnerships for its Forged and Cast Engineered Products Segment

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) today announced new partnerships to support its Forged and Cast Engineered Products segment and its subsidiary, Union Electric Steel Corporation.

The first partnership is with one of the country’s leading manufacturers’ representative agencies for open die forged products, the Harold A. O’Neil Company. Since 1962, the Harold A. O’Neil Company has been providing castings, forgings and machining from only the highest quality manufacturers to the oil tool, petrochemical, and other industries located in the Southwestern United States. They have a sales force that covers territories in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Missouri, with sales offices located in Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Brenham, Texas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In addition, Union Electric Steel Corporation has partnered with a manufacturers’ representative agency, Steel Marketing & Management, Inc. Based in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania, Steel Marketing & Management, Inc. is a sales and consulting firm that serves customers in the steel industry located in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. They specialize in steel mill, forging, foundry, machine shop, and OEM segments, and primary product and service offerings include copper molds, steel forgings, ingots and billets, master alloy ingots and billets, certified scrap, alloy tube and bar, grinding belts and abrasive products, machining, and fabricating.
