The FoodPro and FoodPro Plus infrared thermometers from Fluke are designed for quick and accurate measurement of food product temperatures and to help detect potential food safety problems. A contact probe stored on the dual-purpose FoodPro Plus can be used for high-accuracy internal temperature measurement, while the non-contact measurement mode allows quick scanning of hot or cold foods. The non-contact FoodPro offers target illumination, a “Go/No-Go” temperature zone indicator and IP54 sealing. Both instruments feature a HACCP check zone indicator.
