Simpson’s 260-9S volt-ohm meter is available from TechniCal Systems. This instrument is identified as an industrial safety VOM and is rated for Category III – 600-V applications. Safety is its major design feature. Reverse recessed safety jacks prevent operator and tool contact with electrical connections. The meter offers more than 20 measurement ranges for DC voltage and current, AC voltage and current, and resistance. Two knobs control the selection of functions and ranges for ease of operation.
