The Turck Multimodul MK34-11Ex0 Universal Temperature Transmitter is a temperature-measuring amplifier and signal conditioner that receives intrinsically safe thermocouple, RTD or millivolt input signals and provides a linear 4- to 20-milliamp output signal for control equipment. This 18-mm wide, versatile device accepts input signals from two-, three- or four-wire RTDs, as well as Type B, E, J, K, L, N, R, S or T thermocouples. Featuring LED “power on” and “fault in input circuit” indication, the FM-, Cenelec- and CSA-certified device features DIN-rail mounting and removable wiring terminals that simplify installation and replacement. Both internal and external cold junction points are available. The transmitter is especially suited for the process industry.
