Woodhead’s Brad Harrison passive DeviceNet block offers 14 DeviceNet nodes in the same footprint as, or a smaller footprint than, existing eight-port blocks. Combined with Brad Harrison Ultra-Thin DeviceNet cordsets, the block allows more connections to be put into a single trunk cable connection, providing cleaner cable routing and reducing the number of tees and drop lines in applications where numerous DeviceNet nodes are closely grouped. The cordsets enable an M8 male connector to be connected to the passive network block with an M12 female connector for interfacing with DeviceNet field devices.
