Part of Vantico’s range of thermosetting insulation materials, the Millennium line of epoxies and polyurethanes for the motor manufacture and motor repair industries is solvent-free and contains zero VOCs. All products are UL recognized at a minimum of 180C. The products can be used for vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), dip and bake or trickle impregnation. The one-component heat-cure systems are for sealing, potting, casting, filling, patching or repairing of stators on a variety of motors. Rotors can be balanced with one- or two-component systems. The heat-curing thixotropic pastes are for sealing end-turns, while the insulation bonding agents can provide dielectric insulation, sealing, and heat and chemical resistance.
