BrecoFlex Esband belts are truly endless woven flat belts, which come with both a seamless carcass and seamless surfaces. Belt length, width and thickness can be selected from the company’s 20-page B210 Flat Belt catalogue. Customized flat belts can be tailored to individual requirements. Coating materials include polyurethane/PU foam, natural rubber, neoprene rubber, NBR rubber, xNBR rubber, silicone, PVC and EPDM. Carcass materials comprise elastic yarn, polyamide, polyester, cotton, Kevlar, Nomex and glass fibre. These flat belts are developed for high-performance drive and conveying applications, such as power transmissions, right-angle drives, crossed belt drives, serpentine drives, spindle drives, as well as for the conveying of paper, packaged food, unit goods, etc.
