Rollomatic appoints customer experience manager

Rollomatic Group names David Ducsai as group customer experience manager for the geographical area of North America. Ducsai will take over the operational management of the customer service team, field service, hotline and parts and logistics teams for the range of Rollomatic and Strausak CNC tool grinding, peel grinding and laser cutting machines.

Ducsai spent over 20 years at a large Japanese industrial equipment manufacturer as national field service manager.
