Thousands attended Skills Ontario competition

Skills Ontario hosted the 2022 Virtual Skills Ontario Competition and Career Exploration Showcase recently. The event gave attendees the opportunity to explore skilled trades and technologies through networking and conferences.

The event included trade and tech contests, a virtual career showcase with Skills Ontario partners, a scavenger hunt with prizes and conferences for young women and Indigenous youth.

The event wrapped up with the closing ceremony announcing contest winners, messages from partners and announced gold medalists who advanced to the Skills Canada National Competition and will be competing for Team Ontario.
