Guide Ti CMMS helps mining sites increase productivity

October 2, 2021 | By Maryam Farag

Cogep Inc. released its flagship CMMS software, Guide TI version 6.7, at MINExpo2021.

This computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software strengthens ability to manage day-to-day maintenance activities for mining sites and therefore increase asset availability and productivity while decreasing total unit cost per ton.

Guide Ti, an all-in-one maintenance software tool for equipment in the comminution circuit such as grinding mills and for stationary and mobile equipment as well, has been used by Canadian Malartic, IAM Gold, and Canadian Royalties (Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co. Ltd), among others, and is implemented in other mining sites around the world.

Metso Life-Cycle Services has been using Guide Ti with their customers for several years and, with their recent merger with Outotec, the Metso Maintenance Solution powered by Guide Ti has become the official working tool for Metso-Outotec.

“Every partnership we enter into with a mining corporation brings many benefits,” said Michel Fournier, CEO, Cogep Inc. “With the new version of our flagship CMMS software Guide Ti, which pushes the integration of IoT and mobile applications even further, we look forward to helping more mining companies.”

Guide Ti offers features that improve procurement process, such as the Transit modules that enable tracing of a shipment from the vendor to a warehouse dock and then to remote mining sites.
