ASL Roteq Acquired by John Brooks Company

John Brooks Company Limited have acquired Brampton, Ontario-based ASL Roteq Ltd.
“This acquisition will create value for our customers through our increased pump repair, field service, preventative & predictive maintenance, pump training, installation and startup. Many of our customers are continually seeking larger profit margins and are driven to maximize return on their net assets,” said Gord Bell, President, John Brooks Company Limited. “As a result, they are often focused on maintaining, rebuilding and repairing equipment they already have on hand.”
With the acquisition, John Brooks now expands its resources of expert service technicians, millwrights and machinists, which are available to serve pump customers in the Ontario region.
