William Thomas “Bill” Roebuck, May 7, 1947 – November 12, 2017.
William Thomas “Bill” Roebuck, former editor of Machinery and Equipment MRO, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017. He was 70.
Bill joined Machinery and Equipment MRO in 1985 as its founding editor and associate publisher.
As an award-winning editor and writer, Bill edited and wrote in the fields of industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, foodservice and hospitality, personal computing and technology, finance and automotive.
A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at SMITH‘S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), Burlington, on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 3-6 p.m. with family tributes at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Carpenter Hospice, Burlington or the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research (through Sunnybrook Foundation) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
