Les Cyfko’s background, with over 25 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), includes 16 years at PepsiCo. Les has consulted process improvement methodologies internationally in the automotive, airline, business startups, and consumer packaged goods industries. Les has worked with companies encompassing a broad range of commodities including food and beverage, beer and wine, medical research, sheet metal stamping, and assembly of automotive parts.
He is a talented speaker and instructor in teaching the tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma and TPM. Les is a double-certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Villanova, and company certified). A graduate of the University of Toronto he holds an MBA and Hon. BSc. He has been a speaker on various Lean Six Sigma, OPEX, and CI topics at numerous supplier symposia and quality conferences. Les was most recently Director of Productivity, Engineering, CI for PepsiCo Beverages Canada.
