Stephen Cherlet is a senior management professional with 40+ years of experience. A graduate of Aerospace Engineering Technology at Ryerson (Toronto, Canada), he has worked in aerospace and defence for Bombardier Aerospace and Honeywell. His last role in industry was COO at Velan Inc, a well-known industrial valve manufacturer supplying customers in nuclear, oil and gas, power and others. Currently, Stephen is the President of FarStar S.A.C. Consulting Inc. where the focus is on helping organizations improve their supply chain and in-house manufacturing operations.
Stan Shantz, Cofounder, Vice-President, Perspect Analytics Inc.
Mr. Shantz is a recognized expert in utilizing predictive technologies to drive sustainable improvements profitability within the Facility (FM), Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), Asset (AM), and Infrastructure Management (IM) areas. With 30+ years of experience in senior management positions advising international corporations, he has been focused on implementing sustainable cultural change by developing collaborations based on respect and trust within the organization.
Over his career, Stan has developed numerous tools and processes to assist companies in implementing targeted transformation within the asset and maintenance management area. With Perspect Analytics, his focus is on fact-driven asset management and maintenance strategies using AI and ML technologies.
Steve Richmond, Founder, Projetech Inc.
Steve is the founder of Projetech Inc., a Tivoli Award-Winning IBM Business Partner. Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Steve was educated at the University of Cincinnati and embarked on a career in the mechanical contracting business.
He founded Projetech in 1990, and today it is the top provider of IBM Maximo as a Service in the world. Steve is a published author and accomplished speaker. He is also an active member of the Forbes Technology Council.
Michael Cooper, Solutions Engineer, Fiix Software
Michael Cooper is a Solutions Engineer at Fiix by Rockwell Automation. Michael has 20 years of experience in manufacturing, including as a maintenance lead, automation lead, process manager, department manager, and engineering manager.
He has also worked in the OEM automotive industry as well as nuclear fuel production. Michael is an experienced programmer in languages c#, javascript, C, Python, SQL, asp.net, and php.
Matt Lindsay, Client Manager, RtTech Software
Matt Lindsay is a Client Manager with RtTech Software focused on their flagship product, RtDUET. Prior to joining RtTech, Matt spent approx. 10 years in the mining industry with Rio Tinto and Nutrien as a process engineer with focus on business and process improvement initiatives.
