TOPIC
Executive Leadership in Asset Management: What The C-Suite Needs to Know

DESCRIPTION
Executives carry the greatest responsibility for service and product delivery within the organization. As a matter of fact, they are accountable to owners and external stakeholders for asset performance, risk, and life cycle cost management.

However, their roles are different from those in their employ that may be directing the implementation of the Asset Management System (AMS). Their level of authority also means that implementation and indeed, the very AMS will not be successful without their active support and participation. But, what does this mean? What does it mean in practical terms? What should they do the demonstrate this support and participation?

It is certain that many executives mean to be useful in relation to asset management, but their role in AMS is simply not clear. In this presentation, asset management strategist and author Suzane Greeman will explore the role of executives and how they should position themselves to advance asset management in their organization.
