Stafford is offering a service that converts plain hubs on drive components into integral non-marring clamps which fit more securely, prevent damage to shafts, are easier to reposition and provide greater vibration resistance. The clamps can be bored to size and finished with or without a keyway. Designed to improve hub performance and simplify manufacturing processes for customers, the hub treatment is machined into customer-supplied drive components. The integral clamp, or Accu-Clamp feature, retains the integrity of the hub and integrates a self-centring clamping collar which is secured using two socket cap screws. Stafford Manufacturing
