KHK USA Inc., line of metric screw gears, are suitable for conveyors with light loads and are offered in many materials, modules and numbers of teeth.

KHK stock screw gears are available in S45C carbon steel, and rust resistant SUS303 stainless steel, suitable for washdown applications including for the food machinery. Models made from CAC702 (formerly AlBC2) aluminum bronze are also available.

KHK MC901 Nylon screw gears can be used without lubrication. All KHK screw gears allow for secondary operations such as opening of the bore, broaching of keyways, tapping threaded holes, or reducing the hub diameter to be performed.
