Bodine’s Pacesetter family of AC inverter- duty, three-phase gearmotors and motors now includes gearmotors with gearheads types 3RD, HG and CG. The type 3RD is a double-reduction gear-head that produces output from 0.5 rpm to 8.5 rpm, with gear ratios from 200:1 to 3,600:1 for very slow rotation and very high torque. The type HG gearmotor features an offset drive shaft for applications where space is limited; it can be face-mounted from either side. It produces from 16 rpm to 63 rpm with gear ratios of 27: 1 to 108: 1 and up to 1,000 lb-in. continuous torque. The high-performance type GC produces output from 24 rpm to 85 rpm with gear ratios from 20:1 to 72:1 and up to 1,000 lb-in. of torque. Typical applications include conveyor systems, food processing equipment, factory automation and medical equipment. Bodine Electric
