Built to accommodate wire gauges from 8 to 22, the Marr 822 Marrette wire connector from Thomas & Betts is designed to simplify electrical connections in projects using a wide range of wire gauges. The unit combines a wingless, ergonomic, compact profile with good wire capacity and coverage. The Posi-Grip surface finish has been improved to include additional grooving at the throat and double grooving on the connector body. Made of durable polypropylene and 105C rated, the unit includes a Live Action variable volume spring that expands to accommodate more wires with little twisting effort and a copper-coated spring that helps resist corrosion. It is CSA approved for circuits up to 600 V, and up to 1,000 V for lighting fixtures and signs.
