Following the trend to mechatronics, Bodine has expanded the Integramotor product line to include its larger brushless DC motors and gearmotors. These gearmotors combine a speed control, a brushless DC motor and a gearhead in one compact unit, which lowers engineering time and assembly costs, reduces wiring complexity and panel space requirements, and minimizes the risks of electromagnetic interference. These larger frame sizes can be operated from a regulated 24-VDC power supply and are available with either analogue or digital interface options. Parallel shaft, right-angle and hollow shaft gearmotors are offered with output speeds ranging from 0.3 rpm to 500 rpm, and rated torque of up to 310 lb-in. Bodine Electric
