The Power-Wedge belt from Carlisle has a narrow- profile design that permits reduced drive widths and a small drive envelope. Its high horsepower ratings mean greater design flexibility and the reduction of drive costs, space and weight. Featuring ground sidewalls for smooth running, and high-efficiency moulded cogs, the belt reduces bending stress and maximizes flex life. The sidewalls keep a tight grip on the pulley to reduce slippage and so lower energy costs. The cotton-polyester blend belt is constructed for flexibility and adhesion, and stands up to continued wear and tear with minimum stretch. Heat-and oil-resistant and static-dissipating, the belt is available in 3V, 5V and 8V lengths to 200 in.
