(NYSE: WTS) announced today that it has completed the sale of certain assets related to Watts’ fittings, brass and tubular and vinyl tubing product lines to Sioux Chief Mfg. Co., Inc. in an all-cash transaction. Sioux Chief Mfg. Co., Inc., located in Peculiar, Missouri, provides rough plumbing products and solutions for residential, commercial, industrial and government applications.
