Vital Insights Boosts European and Middle Eastern Expansion with Infiniti

After the successful launch of the Foresight™ CEM platform in France, Germany, UK and Italy, as well as in Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the UAE earlier this year, Infiniti and Vital Insights have moved quickly to expand the launch across all of Europe.

Foresight has additionally been launched across Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Poland, and the platform boasts an impressive number of different survey languages including English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Czech, Polish, Russian and Arabic.

Beyond the monumental task of full platform translations across 13 European countries, this all-important launch for Infiniti included another rewarding challenge – the development, specifically for Infiniti Middle East, of a customized survey methodology through the Infiniti Quality Centre (IQC). As an additional source of customer feedback to Sales and Service events, this integral facet of the program was designed to capture key customer sentiment through Infiniti Middle East’s call-center from customers unable to be reached by email or SMS.
